Grade 1 (Junior)

With effect from the July 2008 grading, only those taking the dan grading will be tested on Saturday. The other candidates will be graded on Sunday or under supplementary grading. This means that Grade 1 (Junior) will now be graded together with the other club members.

Following Lesson Cancelled

After grading the following lesson cancelled.
The Serangoon CC No Class on 7th July 2008 (Monday) and 10th July 2008 (Thursday).
Lesson resume on 14th July 2008 (Monday) and 17th July 2008 (Thursday).

Chua Chu Kang CC No Class on 8th July 2008 (Tuesday).
Lesson resume on 15th July 2008 (Tuesday).

West Coast CC No Class on 9th July 2008 (Wednesday) and 12th July 2008 (Saturday).
Lesson resume on 16th July 2008 (Wednesday) and 19th July 2008 (Saturday).

Groin guards and grading

Groin Guards and GradingPlease remind the students (male) Green Belt above to the groin guard themselves at any of sports shop.Safety Equipment.While shin and forearm guards are optional, groin guards are compulsory for all male candidates doing sparring. They will not be allowed to take the grading if they do not have their groin guards. The instructors and candidates are solely responsible to ensure that this safety rule is observed.Female candidates are encouraged to wear groin guards too. However, they are not mandatory.Dress CodeGrading helpers including instructors must be properly attired. Those in ‘dobok’ should wear white taekwondo shoes or no footwear at all. Black shoes, waist pouches, ornaments shall not be worn with the ‘dobok’.All Lady must wear White T-Shirt (Inside the Gi).And check they belt (All color belt) tire properly.(Watch out for the Candy Camera Man!!!)
Grading 6/7/2008.Our grading start on 9am. So get the students at 8.15am and ready by 8.30am(they were call us by 8.30am).

The following lessons will be cancelled from 7th July 2008 to 13th July 2008.
The lessons will resume as usual after 14th July 2008.
