(1 hall and 2 bedrooms with 1 double and 2 single beds).
I had booked the Pasir Ris Flats 3 Room (FM-F3PUB) #03-04,
On 24th Oct 2008 to 28th Oct 2008.
Take MRT last drop at Pasir Ris MRT and Bus serivce 403 black plate.
Hope all of you have finished your exam!
Boy bring Gf & Girl bring Gf only.

Grading 5th Oct 2008

Hi All

The Grading is on 5th Oct 2008.
Last day of submission on 10th Sept 2008.
And for Modular grading.


In view of the new grading requirements, the modular grading has been adjusted as follows.
· 1st poom to 2nd poom
- Modular 1 can be taken 6 months after promotion
- Modular 2 can be taken 3 months after Modular 1
- Modular 3 can be taken 3 months after Modular 2
· 2nd poom to 3rd poom
- Modular 1 can be taken 9 months after promotion
- Modular 2 can be taken 9 months after Modular 1
- Modular 3 can be taken 6 months after Modular 2
Those going for modular grading must not exceed 15 years old when they register for their first module.
There is no modular grading for 3rd to 4th poom.

I were try to book the PA Pasir Ris Flats on this 26th dec 08 to 30th Dec 08 (Friday to Tuesday). You all come on Friday to Sunday or till Tus.
PASIR RIS HOLIDAY FLATS 3 ROOM (FM-F3ST) 10101-06 $204 for 4 days.
So need you all discuss first and far. ASAP Because the Loyang always fully book on the days we wants.
Do let me know far. So I can book early. (If can book early!!)

And thanks for all helping doing the Demon at CCK.

Such as duck walk, star jump and put-up (Not more than 10 at a time).
Or at any time in any position for a longs time (some might feel that not a training!).
Do not given such words as expel and begin from white belt (some might sanity of words!)
Condemned any of the trainee’s.

Nowadays you know are very sensitive and are protective.
Don’t push yourself 2 hards for them. Safe guard's yourself.
Let it be! DOn't push to hard 4 urself! U might over do it! Let it be!
As they like 1 2 come, don’t 2 come as their wish.
Just do your dusty to conduct the class. Don’t border about them.
