For Serangoon CC.
Please to be inform that the changing of training dates as following: -

Date: 8th December 2008 (Monday) NO Training, make up on 11th December 2008 (Thursday)
Time: 08.00pm to 09.30pm.

Date: 25th December 2008 (Thursday) NO Training, make up on 22nd December 2008 (Monday)
Time: 08.00pm to 09.30pm.

Date: 1st January 2009 (Thursday) NO Training, make up on 29th December 2008
Time: 08.00pm to 09.30pm.

Grading On 3rd & 4th Jan 2009

The next garding On 3rd Jan(Saturday)2009 2pm to 6pm for Senior Brown 1 & above at Jurong East Sports Hall.

All grades except Senior Brown 1. 4th Jan 2009 at Jurong East Sports Hall.Time not confirm yet.
Start collect the grading frees.

Student Fainted

Hi All.

We have student fainted during training.
Ensure the students to taken light dinner before come for training.
And ask them those who not feeling well, let them sit aside.
Let them drink some water befor start training.

Taekwondo Spectacular

Singapore Taekwondo Federation will be organizing the Taekwondo Spectacular in conjunction with the Korea Festival 2008. The show will be held as follows.
· Date : Sunday 9 November 2008
· Time : 7.30 pm
· Venue: Toa Payoh Sports Hall


Admission is free. It is open to all members of the public. You may record the performances from the gallery. However, you have to be early as the gates will be closed as soon as the hall is filled. So be early to avoid any disappointment or unpleasantness
