Lesson resume on 13th April 2009 (Monday).

Chua Chu Kang CC No Class on 7th April 2009 (Tuesday).
Lesson resume on 14th April 2009 (Tuesday).

West Coast CC NO class on:
And No Class on 8th April 2009 (Wednesday) and 11th April 2009 (Saturday).
Lesson resume on 15th April 2009 (Wednesday) and 18th April 2009 (Saturday).

Extra Training On Pattern 21/03/2009

Note: After grading the following lesson cancelled.

The Serangoon CC No Class on 6th April 2009 (Monday).

Lesson resume on 14th April 2009 (Tuesday).

West Coast CC NO class on:
And No Class on 8th April 2009 (Wednesday) and 11th April 2009 (Saturday).
Lesson resume on 15th April 2009 (Wednesday) and 18th April 2009 (Saturday).

Note: All trainees are reminded to be PUNCTUAL on the Grading Day and are advised to IRON their Uniform before turning up for the Grading.
Please to inform all trainees / students, those who fail to turn up for the grading will consider him or her as absent. The grading fees will be forfeited.

Green Belt above has to get the groin guards themselves at any of sport shop.
Safety equipments, wear shin and forearm guards are optional, But the groin are compulsory for male candidates doing sparring during grading. They will not be allowed to take the grading if they do not have the groin guards. Female candidates are encouraged to wear groin guards too. However, they are not mandatory.
Dress Code grading, all lady must wear White T-shirt (inside the Gi).

Extra Training On 14/03/2009

We'll be having extra training on 14/03/09 at 1530hr @ WCCC. Blue belts and above are welcome to join.
Please make sure you have your lunch 2 hrs before attending the training.
Bring Guards, extra clothes(Under wears) and water bottles along.
we'll be training on Sparring this week.
