Conversion to 1st dan

Those who are already reach 16yrs and wanted to convert to 1st DAN,

Please submit with the following detail:
1) One photocopied of Poom Cert,
2) One photocopied of IC (Front and Black),
3) Two Passport photo (A4).
4) SGD $25.00

Please submit to me asap, before I submit the Grading.
Or you have to wait before next submission of Grading time.
(3 months, January, April, July and October).
The conversion date, is in two years time for your 2nd Dan.
The Early you submit the Faster you get.
But only your age reach 16yrs>.
Those who still <15yrs, so you have WLL.
