Training schedule For CCK, SGCC & WCCC

Hi Guys

Use this training schedule guideline for them.
After this coming grading.

For The Serangoon CC and West Coast CC:

Week 1 and 2

2000hrs-2015hrs: Attendance and Warm up
2015hrs-2055hrs: All the Base Kicking
5mins: breaks.
2100hrs-2130hrs: New Pattern and their Base kick
(Brown belts patterns)
Week 3 and 4

2000hrs-2015hrs: Attendance and Warm up
2015hrs-2050hrs: Physical Training and Advent Kicking
(All combination of kicking)
5mins: breaks.
2055hrs-2130hrs: Sparing (two again one, triangle or groups)


Week 5 and 6

2000hrs-2015hrs: Attendance and Warm up
2015hrs-2045hrs: Revise Pattern and their base kicking
(Browns belts all patterns)
5mins: breaks.
2050hrs-2130hrs: Mod Grading Revise Pattern and their base kicking
(Browns belts Mod grading all patterns)
For Chua Chu Kang CC:

Week 1 and 2

1930hrs-1945hrs: Attendance and Warm up
1945hrs-2015hrs: All the Base Kicking
5mins: breaks.
2020hrs-2130hrs: New Pattern and their Base kick
(Brown belts pattern all the way)

Week 3 and 4

1930hrs-1945hrs: Attendance and Warm up
1945hrs-2030hrs: Physical Training and Advent Kicking
(All combination of Kicking)
5mins: breaks.
2035hrs-2130hrs: Sparing (two agains one, triangle or groups)

Week 5 and 6

1930hrs-1945hrs: Attendance and Warm up
1945hrs-2045hrs: Revise Pattern and their base kicking
(Browns belts pattern all the way)
5mins: breaks.
2050hrs-2130hrs: Mod Grading Revise Pattern and their base kicking
(Browns belts Mod grading all patterns)

Note: Try not to give unnecessary works up for them. The schedule and timing are not necessary must be follow, just a guideline for you all to train and preparing them for the next grading. For the last two weeks be for the grading use the week 5 and 6 We have total about 11 weeks.
