(16 Steps)1. This poomsae doing in straights line (Chinese one words).
2. Chun Bi (Ready stance).
3. Left leg turn to the left site, left hand low section block (standing stance).
4. Right leg forward one step. Right hand low section block (standing stance).
5. Right leg turning back (by right side clockwise 180°)to facing right site, right hand low section block (standing stance)
6. Left leg forward one step. Left hand low section block (standing stance).
7. Left leg turn to the facing front (by left side anti-clockwise 90º). Cross section block (standing stance).
8. Jump change to right leg in front. Cross section block (standing stance).
9. Left leg raising kick 3x times and cross section block each time (standing stance).
10. Jump change to left leg in front. Cross section block (standing stance).
11. Right leg raising kick 3 times and cross section block each time (standing stance).
12. Left foot step back to horse riding stance. Left hand lunge punch.
13. Follow by double lunge punch (right, left) still in horse riding stance.

4. Right leg turn toward right site (by right side clockwise 180º). Right hand low section block follow by left hand lunge punch (forward stance).
5. Left leg move to the facing front (by lft side anti-clockwise 90º). Cross section block (forward stance).
6. Right leg front kick, right leg land in forward (forward stance). Cross section block.
7. Left leg front kick, left leg land in forward (forward stance). Cross section block.
8. Right leg front kick, right leg land in forward (forward stance). Cross section block.
9. Left leg turn by left side anti-clockwise 90º. Left hand low section block (standing stance).
10. Right leg step forward (standing stance) follow by right hand lunge punch.
11. Right leg turns (by right side clockwise 180º). Right hand low section block (standing stance).
12. Left leg step forward (standing stance) follow by left hand lunge punch.
